In 1980, at a time when sexual harassment was a seldom-recognized workplace issue, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued its proposed and final guidelines on sexual harassment. In that same year Anderson-davis, Inc. delivered its first custom-designed sexual harassment training programs. Since then Stephen Anderson has also designed and delivered training on harassment investigations and the healing process, creating respectful workplaces, diversity and management resolution skills to over 140,000 employees in the United States and Canada in private, public, military and academic environments.
